When you list with us, your property auction will take place entirely online, exclusively through our platform. Physical auctions or external sales for the same property are not permitted during the sale period.
Property Inspections are Encouraged
Agents should schedule property inspections to give interested buyers the opportunity to view the property before the auction.
Advertising on Other Platforms
Agents can maximise their reach by using external platforms to attract more potential buyers to their listings. However, these platforms must not be used to complete external transactions for listed properties.
Honest Representation of Properties
All photos and descriptions must be accurate and reasonably representative of the property. While winning bids are legally binding, we reserve the right to intervene if properties are found to deliberately mislead or deceive buyers.
No Concurrent Private Sales
Once listed on our platform, properties cannot be sold privately during the sale period. During the 3-day "Offers Open" period, agents may accept offers prior to the auction, which will be treated as auction sales.
